Ballet dancers are not created over night. With several years of training, steps that build on each other and an increased awareness of muscle memory, musicality, strength and artistry, a dancer is formed through a lot of hard work. Technique class is the basis for that development. Go behind the scenes with students of all ages at the Goleta School of Ballet and see how technique class becomes a central part of a dancers training. Many of the dancers in the Advanced Level began ballet at ages 3 & 4 and will continue all the way through graduating high school or beyond in college or professional careers.
